Do you ship worldwide?

Sellers decide what locations they ship to. Please check the store’s shipping policy.

How can I request a refund?

To request a refund for an order, contact the seller directly. If you meet the agreed returns policy, the seller would refund you accordingly. This will be paid back into the original payment card or bank account by the seller.

Seller will not refund me, what do i do?

If you think that you meet the refund criteria and the seller has not refunded you, please contact our mediation team on  It is ultimately the responsibility of the seller, but we would engage with them to help agree a resolution.

How do i use a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code for the store you are buying from, please apply your coupon code at check out.

How do i find a seller i previously ordered from?

Log into your account, go to your profile and click on your orders. Click on the relevant order. Details of the order should be displayed. You can also search on the “Stores” page.

How do i contact a seller

On the seller’s store front page, fill in the contact form on there. They will receive an email immediately and respond to you as soon as possible.

How do i return an item?

Ensure you have read the sellers return policy. Then contact them to arrange a return.

I have not recieved my order?

Contact the seller and if you do not reach a resolution please contact our mediation team on

Can i make a bank transfer to the seller

Payments for transactions made to a seller outside our platform will not be considered a GlamAfric Beauty Shop Transaction.

Seller FAQ

How much does it cost to set up a store?

It is absolutely free to set up your new store. We only charge a 5% commission on total value of sales completed on our platform, including any delivery fees.

How do I receive payment from sales?

Orders will be processed by GlamAfric using our payment partner (Flutterwave) and remitted within 24hrs into your nominated bank account.

When will i receive payment from my sales?

Payments will be remitted into your nominated bank account with 24hrs of customer payment, during the working week.

What payment methods are available?

Buyers can only make payments using a  payment card, bank transfer and USSD. Payments will be processed by our payment partner (Flutterwave).

How do I refund customers?

If a customer meets your refund criteria, you would have to to engage with the customer to agree refund value, and remit funds directly to the customer.
