We would refund payments only if goods are damaged or destroyed during transits , we are not able to refund payments when items are damaged during use
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We allow Cancellation within 24hours
Due to some nature of our goods like ( lashes & other unsealed items ) we would not be able to do a refund or exchange on those items , orders are final once shipped .
Any other items sealed can be returned (Exchanged delivery borne on customer ) as long as they are not tampered in transit or used .
