If you wish to cancel an order, you may reach out to us via email or phone before the order is dispatched for delivery and the order amount would be refunded in full. However, Cancellation after dispatch cannot be guaranteed as the order would have been processed and shipped and therefore, out of our control.Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time this is because our products are cosmetics and thus prone to cross contamination after being opened. We painstakingly review each order before they are shipped out to you however if there is any error or mix up with items you ordered, kindly reach out to us with pictures of the order and we will do our best to make it right.
