Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For order cancellation, product return or exchange, a formal email should be sent to semseyhub@gmail.com stating reasons for the above decision. Keep in mind that product/products already purchased and wished to be returned will be returned with shipping costs borne solely by the customer or exchanged for a product equivalent or additional payment to acquire the new product. ( this has to be between 1-5 working days after the order has been delivered).
