Shipping Policy
All Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Shipping within Nigeria takes 1-5 working Days (Excluding weekends & public Holidays).
1-3 days within Lagos.
2-5 days outside Lagos.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, unless the item(s) in question were ruined in transit.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For order cancellation, product return or exchange, a formal email should be sent to semseyhub@gmail.com stating reasons for the above decision. Keep in mind that product/products already purchased and wished to be returned will be returned with shipping costs borne solely by the customer or exchanged for a product equivalent or additional payment to acquire the new product. ( You can't return a product after 5 Working days).
