If you receive a box with damaged goods, please contact us within 48 working hours along with photos of damaged products.
We will arrange for your items to be returned and inspected. Once inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the items are available, a new order will be delivered. If unavailable, we will proceed with a refund.
